	QUALITY
	The implementation of the quality system in Air Temp’s process started in 1987, when the company was designated the national supplier for Volkswagen de México. In December 1997, Air Temp received the ISO 9001 certification and the QS 9000 requirement for the automotive industry.   In the next couple of years, three audits took place in Air Temp in order to maintain the quality system with cero “non conformities”.  In July 2000, a general audit testified by the American National Standards Institute/ Registrar Accreditation Board (ANSI/RAB) took place in Air Temp.  After that, in order to innovate the products of the company, Air Temp formed a professional team with people in constant training to create technology to develop new systems for automobiles. QUALITY POLICY In Air Temp we are committed to satisfy our client’s requests and to give them a positive, solid and constant experience of fulfillment, as well as always looking for the continuous improvement of our process. Fulfillment of TIME.-  It is our commitment to ensure that our products are being delivered on time to our clients. 3.
